Classical systems and flows in textiles industry work with quality inspection systems at the end of the manufacturing chain. Despite the fact that this solid way is still in use today, it has been modified greatly by the advanced monitoring & engineering systems developed in the last decades.

Today, quality is something to be produced. That means, at every stage of the production, from the raw material supply to the final shipment, quality is be an integrated part of the process. Each production unit in Texim is organized and managed in this principle. Our SAP-based Quality Assurance System constantly monitors that the production is in the standards predefined and desired. Consistency of this system is ensured by an independent team who report directly to management.
